Irish Sea Moss is a type of red algae, otherwise known as Chondus Crispus. It is found in the Caribbean islands and in Ireland, and is a great source of essential nutrients like bromine, sulfur, calcium, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, phosphate, manganese, potassium, beta-carotene, selenium, protein, pectin, zinc, vitamin-C and B-vitamins. Sea Moss is amazing for hair and skin, as it can be used to make face and hair masks.
